We perform milling in materials such as wood, laminate, foam, polycarbonate, aluminum and steel, and also provide metalworking, welding and painting services.
We offer 3D design and printing, creation of test benches and measuring equipment. We specialize in manufacturing laminating molds and producing laminates and composites. We develop embedded software, desktop, mobile and web applications, integrating electronic hardware with software. In addition, we build aircraft and automotive simulators, which can also be rented with or without service.
Our services also include design of complete electronic devices, creation of technical documentation, 3D visualization and engineering consulting. Product development process
Development of the device concept
The first stage of our cooperation will be the joint development of the concept and preliminary design of the device. What functions is it expected to perform? What tasks will it perform? In what conditions will it work? At this stage, first of all, we will establish your needs and expectations, but we will also suggest what solutions will be the most effective and, at the same time, cost-effective. We will prepare 3D visualizations and technical documentation.
Implementation of the project
Based on the previously prepared concept, we will prepare a detailed design including the target specification. We will develop manufacturing methods: welding, lacquering, varnishing, laminating, milling, 3D printing or PCB production. To complete the project it may also be necessary to develop software for embedded systems or build a mobile or web application.
Making a prototype
After accepting the design and assumptions, we will focus on producing the prototype/demonstrator/MVP. We know from experience that this stage takes the longest, but it is crucial from the project's point of view, so haste is not even advisable here. During this process, we design, construct, fabricate using various methods including milling, 3D printing, laminating and soldering. We integrate the fabricated modules and produce a prototype or demonstrator.
Analysis, tests, corrections
Thus prepared prototype or demonstrator, device tests for physical, mechanical and chemical properties. In the next steps, we analyze the built-in functionality and the correctness of performing the target tasks. At this stage, we introduce possible modifications and optimize the product in terms of customer expectations.
Manufacturing the final product
The final version of the device ( prototype, demonstrator, product) is the end of the prototyping process. At this stage we make technical documnetation and user manuals. At the stage of preparing the final product, we develop production molds, assembly molds, assembly instructions and orders. The product can then be tested under laboratory or real conditions.
Product service
We service the device, check its technical condition and define any damage caused during use. At the customer's request, we carry out repairs or modifications to the device if it is to perform new tasks, other than those performed so far, for example.
